frozoxPUF Insulated Box is an ideal storage solution for Ice Cream, Marine, Dairy and any processed food industry where temperature control is required. These Ice Boxes are packed with unmatched strength and durability having an added advantage of maintaining the hygiene of the stored ingredients. This product is made from food grade virgin LLDPE material using Rotomoulding process. Its inner core is filled with polyurethane Foam (PUF) to maintain the temperature within, providing maximum insulation for keeping the stuff inside hot or cold for longer duration. The outer layers are made of proven quality polyethylene polymers which are non-toxic and sunlight (UV) resistant. These boxes can be stacked easily and have drain holes for removal of water. Heavy duty models have SS fittings accompanied by brass inserts. Inner bottom is tapered for ideal drainage and convenience of lifting is increased with strong handles.
Problems like rot, rust and troublesome maintenance can be diminished by use of these containers. Above all these boxes keep the contents as fresh as the morning dew which is essential for sea food and dairy products.
Our Standard Product range includes Boxes from 7 ltrs cap to 220 Ltrs for Ice cream, Dairy, Catering, and Processed Food segment while, for Marine segment, we have Boxes from 50 ltrs to 1000 ltrs capacity.
